We spent 8 days in Turkey, my husband, my 16 and 13 year old children and myself, and it was a fantastic trip. We organized the trip from Spain through Smart Turkey Tours and we are very satisfied with the result. They have been in constant contact with us, reporting every detail of the tour and domestic flights and solving any doubts via whatsapp. When you go with teenagers, it gives you a lot of security. The guides have been wonderful, particularly the one from Istanbul, charming and very well qualified. The displacements were very comfortable, although we have to say that we were lucky because we traveled alone or with another couple, in almost every tour. Everything is fine. This agency is highly recommended and the country deserves to return.
Full points to Smart turkey for arranging a fantastic tour. Right from booking to airport drop we were pampered all the way. Mr. Anil was an exceptional guy, he guided us right from the booking of the package and till the end. The tour was planned in such a way that you never felt bored or tired. And not to forget Mr. Gokhan (tour guide), very friendly and there is no aspect or information about the turkey that this man did not possess. He knows every nook and corner of the entire turkey. And our bus driver was a very co-operative man. To conclude I would give 5 - 5 for initial arrangement, hotels, tour plan, guide, and the driver. Highly recommended. Please do visit turkey and make sure you opt for a tour planner like: SMART TURKEY"
I would definitely recommend Smart Turkey Tours. Their service was great from the very beginning, everything was really well organized throughout.
