We went for our Turkey trip, as a group of 13 people including 3 kids. Yeliz was a wonderful tour co-ordinator. She was always available on phone for all our queries and promptly assisted us before and during the trip. The tour guides Fathma and Shifaq were excellent. We had a great time at the hotels, especially the cave hotel at Cappedocia and Ramada in Kusadesi. Overall it was a superb trip. I would really like to thank Smart Turkey Tours for giving us a lifetime of wonderful memories.
We travelled as a group of 10 couples with 3 toddlers. We covered Istanbul, Antalya, pamukkale, kusadasi, and kapadokia. The itinerary was very well planned. Yeliz was very kind and always available for any help that was needed during our stay. Our tour guides Fatma n Shafaq were awesome. They were very patient with the kids and they took care we get good vegetarian food. There knowledge about the history of Ottoman Empire was phenomenal.
We (family of four made up of two adults and two kids) had a wonderful vacation visiting Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Antalya. Mr Mehmet was great at helping us with a schedule that allowed us to cover the most important landmarks in each location. The tour guides, Perihan and Shafak, did an amazing job providing us with insightful information about the sights we visited and more. They were also very pleasant to engage with, knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. Mr Mehmet continuously checked in on us and we were particularly pleased that, when it mattered, he was able to help us reschedule our dinner cruise appointment. We are very pleased with the service received and have had a memorable first family visit to Turkey thanks to the Smart Turkey team! We can’t recommend them enough!
